All merchandise is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of shipping from the factory.

We will give you instructions for returning the merchandise to us, freight prepaid. Upon receipt of the merchandise we shall inspect the merchandise and if we find that there was a manufacturing defect or a component failure, we shall replace or repair at our discretion and return the merchandise at no charge. Should the problem be due to negligence on the part of the purchaser, we shall inform you of any charges that will be due.
All products sold through this web site carry the following satisfaction guarantee.
Should you be unsatisfied with any product sold through this web site, you may elect within 30 days of delivery, to contact the factory at the above phone number or email address and arrange for return of the merchandise and a full credit less the following. The factory shall assess shipping charges both on the delivery and the return. There will be a 20% restocking charge per order. All fees connected to credit charge transactions shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
Merchandise must be in the same condition when returned as it was when it was shipped.
Freight Damage.
Should there be freight damage, unless the purchaser elects to handle their own freight damage claim, the company shall ship new merchandise and settle with the freight carrier on your behalf.
