Model 11838 Above the Door Pull Up Exercise Bar

Finally a doorway chin up bar that makes sense.

You are probably familiar with the friction mount chin up bars that you install in the doorway. Too much pressure and you pull it loose while trying to exercise. Pull yourself up too far and you knock your noggin into the top of the door frame.

This bar is permantanly mounted above the doorway. The standoffs are 2 1/2" from the wall. You have your choice of our standard 28" 32" or 36" length bar. Please email us if you need a different length.

Supplied with the right size lag bolts to support 1200 pounds.

The chin bar is 1.250" 16 gauge round tubular steel to give you enough metal for a firm grip.

16 gauge steel gives us enough wall thickness to get good deep penetration welds that will not break.

Compare this to the 18 and 20 gauge of the imported bars on the market.
